A weekend dedicated to this beautiful time as you look ahead to the birth of your baby...focusing particularly on ways of releasing the vital hormone, 'Oxytosin'...otherwise known as the Love Hormone!

In this supportive and informal environment, yourself and your birth partner will have the opportunity to nourish and nurture eachother, as well as being informed and helped to make the necessary choices regarding your birth and pregnancy, with Yoga, breathing techniques, sound work, talks from relevent holistic health practitioners, nutritious food...and hopefully lots of laughter too!
